Indian gamers can rejoice as Sony PlayStation 5 will be available for pre-orders again in the country on August 26, Thursday. According to a listing spotted by IGN India readers, Sony’s own retail arm, ShopAtSC has listed a new PS5 restock date.

Sony PlayStation 5 was sold out within minutes of pre-orders going available in India at the May 17 replenishment. The PS5 was released in the country for the first time since February 2021.

PS5 makers have managed to get the entire gaming community excited. However, Sony has not been able to keep up with the demand of this console. The players have been waiting for a new PS5 restock for a long time since it was restocked back in July. Before this, Sony had sent out a bunch of PS 5 consoles to stores like Chroma, Vijay Sales and Amazon but only in a very limited amount.

Sony is on the top of their game to introduce new titles for all their PS Plus subscribers. PS Plus is Sony’s gaming subscription that manages to make a total of 2 PS4 games and one PS5 game free to play every month. This month, makers have released a total of 3 titles including, Hunter's Arena, Legends, Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighbor Ville and Tennis World Tour 2. 

Apart from this, the developers at Sony have also been working on releasing new next-generation PS exclusive games to compete with Microsoft’s Xbox Gaming Pass. The display resolution sits at 152×486 pixels, with a pixel density of 326 ppi. 

The screen brightness goes up to 450 nits. The display is protected by tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating. Just like the Mi Band 5, the Mi Band 6 also offers 24/7 heart-rate monitoring but the wearable now offers 30 exercise modes, with automatic detection for six modes.

The Mi Band 6 offers sleep tracking with REM and even checks the sleep-breathing quality. The fitness tracker is swim-proof with 5 ATM water resistance on offer. With a 125mAh LiPo battery, the brand claims that the Mi Band 6 is able to deliver a battery life of up to 14 days on a single charge. One of the crucial new additions is the SPO2 sensor. This sensor allows the fitness band to tracker the user’s blood oxygen levels during intense exercise. 

In terms of connectivity, the Mi Band 6 supports Mi Wear, Mi Fit, and Strava apps. The band comes with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and is compatible with devices running Android 5.0 and above or iOS 10.

Google Pixel 5a 5G is priced at Rs. 33,400 for the sole 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model that is offered in a single color called Mostly Black. It is available for pre-order in the US and Japan, the only two countries where it will be sold. The phone will go on sale starting August 26.

The Pixel 4a 5G is priced at Rs. 37,100 making the newer improved model roughly Rs. 3,700 cheaper. The Pixel 4a 5G also did not come to the Indian market.

Pixel 5a 5G runs Android 11 and features a 6.34-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 413ppi pixel density, and HDR support. The display is slightly larger than the Pixel 4a 5G's 6.2-inch display. The new phone is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC paired with an Adreno 620 GPU. The Pixel 5a 5G has pretty much the same dual-rear camera setup as the Pixel 4a 5G with a 12.2-megapixel primary sensor that has an f/1.7 lens and a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens. The difference is that the ultra-wide shooter on the Pixel 5a has a slightly wider field-of-view (FoV) at 118.7 degrees compared to 117 degrees on the Pixel 4a 5G. Another difference is that the laser autofocus has been removed in the Google Pixel 5a 5G. At the front, there's the same 8-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture housed in a hole-punch cutout located at the top left corner of the display.

Google made the Pixel 6 series official earlier this month by showing off the design and some of the specifications. Now, a report by The Verge citing Google states that the Pixel 6 series will not come with a charger in the box. RedmiBook Pro price in India has been set at Rs. 49,999 for the lone 8GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration that is available in Charcoal Grey colour option.
